Sound baths are a wonderful way to create a space for deep relaxation and inner peace, something we all long for this is chaotic world. Anyone can join this meditation class, as no experience or skill are required.
We will begin with some light stretches and breath work to gently release tension and open our lymphatic channels, preparing our bodies to enter a deeply relaxed state. Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows will be provided so you have a comfortable place to lie down as we enter into the sound bath meditation. Chimes, singing bowls, and a gong will be played for 20-30 minutes, creating a vibrational bath of sound waves which benefit our entire being; mind, body, and spirit. You may fall asleep and that’s ok! This is meant to be restorative and our bodies do some of their best healing work while we rest. To end, we will connect with one another either thru a kundalini yoga mantra or just some fun movement...we’ll decide in the moment based on our collective vibe. 💗
